Cancellation policy

In order to respect our artist’s time, we require 48-hour cancellation notice for all microblading or permanent makeup services, and 24hr notice for all other lash and brow services.

If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead of time or miss your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If you are late to your appointment, your artist will work with you for the remainder of your reserved time, and you will be charged the full amount.

LBD Academy Course Confidence Guarantee

We are committed to the success of our students and want to ensure their full confidence. We recognize everyone learns at a different pace and develops their confidence at a different speed. If after completion of your training, you feel you may want additional practice before you offer these services, we offer you the opportunity to come back and work on another model at no additional cost. Just call Kim to arrange a time and date.

Credit Card

All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be billed at any time unless the required cancellation notice is not given, or you do not show up to your appointment at all.

Discounts and promotions

Bring a friend – learn together! If you are interested in taking a course with a friend, be sure to let Kim know at the time of registration and she will apply a 10% discount on the course for both of you!

Multiple course discount

For those interested in more than one course, let us know and we can build a custom course discount for you based on the courses of interest.
