Our LBD Academy Spray Tan Course and Body Contouring teaches you the art of spray tanning in just one day. It allows you to unlock your limitless income potential in a rapidly evolving industry, that in the past 5 years alone has grown by 500%. More and more people recognize the negative effects the sun’s UV rays can have on their skin, but do not want to compromise on a healthy glow and tanned look, may it be for every day or for special occasions such as vacations, weddings or photo shoots.
Spray tanning creates gorgeous, even tans in a completely safe way — customizable to each of your client’s individual skin tone for the most natural results. The results typically last up to two weeks and not only give that ‘just back from vacation’ look but also a boost in confidence. Most clients get hooked on their beautiful, healthy skin tone — resulting in ongoing return business.
During your full-day spray tan course you will learn how to choose and mix the perfect shade to compliment your client’s skin tone, as well as the most advanced spray tanning techniques for flawless, even results, the best drying techniques as well as add-on offerings that will make a tan last longer. Within your basic course we include an introduction into proper skin contouring for face and body to enhance your clients features and give them a more ‘toned’ effect.
LBD Academy guarantees small classes (maximum 3 students) for focused, hands-on learning with no downtime. You will be applying your new skills on two models directly under the supervision of your instructor who will guide you step by step through the spray tan. The LBD Academy exclusive confidence guarantee is our stand-alone service that makes us to true partners on your journey, even after you have completed your permanent spray tan course plus contouring with us.
What do we require from you to complete your spray tan and contour course?
You will need to bring two models for the practical part of your course. If you cannot bring a model, LBD Academy can provide you one for a small fee, simply let us know in advance.

- Student practices on 2 models with supervision

- Professional spray-tanning kit including spray gun, tent and 4-solutions ($500 value)
- Certification - certified spray tan and contouring certificate (upon completion of 4 approved applications – 2 in class, 2 photo submissions post-class)

A non-refundable $400 deposit required at the time of registration to hold your spot. HST will be added to all invoices. Be sure to keep your invoice for tax purposes, they can be used as a business write-off.
